Problem protocol MAPI in Email Router??
Posted by Christian on June 23rd, 2005

Email router is applicable for the incoming or salient mail to the Internet,
nevertheless in the internal infrastructure of mail in my company doesn´t
works, since the component email Router analyzes mails in port 25 (SMTP),
whereas in the internal mail of the company is made it by the native protocol
of Exchange 2003 (MAPI).

Desire to know if the component would fulfill all its functionality of send
of incoming and salient internal post office of my organization.

Regrettably, CRM router does not receive email sent from within your
Exchange Organisation
Maybe next version of CRM will ...

You can send CRM email to contacts, Accounts, and Leads

They can reply into CRM, if they are out there in the Internet
