Problems changing password in Crystal Reports after CRM 1.2 installation

When attempting to change the password in the Crystal Reports Password
Tool (leaving the old password blank as per the CRM installation
instructions), I receive the following error:

Unable to change password. Error returned is : The remote
server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

This installation is on Win2K3 SBS if that makes any difference.
