- problems with Outlook client running on the Window2000

Hi guys,
My Outlook client runs on Windows2000 SP4 and IE SP1 , office2003. now,
there is a serious problem which the IE will appear the message "the page can
not be displayed correctly", when i save the e-mail activity in the outlook
client.
does any one know how to fix it?
