Queue has stopped

Hi all,

One of our clients has been using a sales queue for a while now.
It is their main point of orders. Last Friday it didn't recieve any e-mail
the whole day. So we tested and sure enough no sales@company.com was
recieving any e-mail. I have since switched it to another user so they can
actually get their sales e-mails. As far as I am aware, there have been no
changes to the CRM at all. I have run the Rule Deployment for all of the
users which has come up true for all of them.

Has anyone seen/experienced this issue? or have any suggestions?
