Queues

Hi,
Client has 3 seperate queues - one is working ok, the other two are having
intermittent problems. All set up with disabled accounts, SELF permissions on
mailbox and associated external account. Noted that Exchange is reporting an
error on the exchange accounts as follows:

Disabled user /o=xxx /ou=First Administrative
Group/cn=Recipients/cn=xxxx.xxxx does not have a master account SID. Please
use Active Directory MMC to set an active account as this user's master
account.

Not sure what the error message is or what resolves it. Appreciate any help
you can provide
