Hi,
One of my sales reps who has sales executive role created a quick campaign
of type Phone call for 10 accounts. He checked “Assign to Owners” option
instead of “me” while running the wizard.
The other reps that do not have access to the quick campaign are not able to
promote the response apart from converting the activity to opportunity and
response.
Promote to a campaign response option is shown under actions of phone call
to them but when they do it throws an error. “Access is denied”.
My question is in case if the response is not +ve and still we would like to
capture those details. How do we achieve this without creating an
opportunity?
Also how can I give reps access to all quick campaigns?
