- Quick Campaign creates three activities instead of one!

Hi,
I'm trying to run a quick campaign to schedule phone calls in CRM 3.0.
When I select my accounts and get to the end of creating the quick campaign
it creates three activities for each account I've selected. All of these
activities are identical.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

I've tried to repair and reinstall CRM with no success.

We are also having the same problem (Swedish Version).
