I created a marketing with contacts. All contacts have an e-mail address.
At the detailwindow of the marketinglist i press the button create Quick
Campaign and i choose the option E-mail via mailmerge. I choose a html
template in Word en complete the mailmerge. E-mails are send and tracked in
MS CRM at contactlevel.

But the quickcampaign stops with the error cannot be completed (Deze/dit
Snelle campagne kan niet worden uitgevoerd wegen een fout: 0x8004032f, Neem
contact etc. etc.)

We are using CRM 3.0 SBE NL with XP SP2 cliënt with Office 2003.

Any ideas about whats going wrong?
