Quick Campaign Error 0x8004032f

I created a marketinglist with contacts. All contacts have an e-mail address.
At the detailwindow of the marketinglist I press the button create Quick
Campaign and i choose the option E-mail via mailmerge. I choose a html
template in Word en complete the mailmerge. E-mails are send and tracked in
MS CRM at contactlevel.

But the quickcampaign stops with the error cannot be completed (Deze/dit
Snelle campagne kan niet worden uitgevoerd wegen een fout: 0x8004032f, Neem
contact etc. etc.)

We are using CRM 3.0 SBE NL with XP SP2 cliƫnt with Office 2003.

Any ideas about whats going wrong?

Hi Herman,

I'm facing exactly the same problem. We are also using NL version
(professional), and XP sp2 / office 2003.

Did you (or anyone else) already solve the problem?
