Quick Campaign error response
Posted by Philippe on February 19th, 2008

Hi,

When we send a quickcampaign a lot of emails are not send because it says
0x80040325 "Filtered due to Antispam".
Does this mean that de e-mail client/server of the correspondent has
filtered the mailmessage? If so what can we do about it?

if it all works without errors then where is the challange?

Check the Intended REcipient Entity (account, contact, or Lead) in your CRM
System, and verify that neither the "Do Not send Marketing Materials" has
been selected, nor a specific do not Allow for a specific activity type is
not selected.

For example, if you open an Account entity you can find these values under
the Administration Tab.

Seems a good explanation, I checked here with a recent campaign and it seems
to be true; we will test this tomorrow...

Thank you !

Philippe,

Let me know how your test goes, but also be aware, that if you included a
"Unsubscribe" link in your outgoing email, then someone may have clicked it,
and sent a reply back to the CRM system and had themselves automatically set
to 'do not send ...' So it may have been intentional on their part. The
auto unsubscribe can be turned on/off in the System Settings under Marketing
tab. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
