- Quick Campaign / Mail Merge using Custom Entity

I've created a custom entity to track a unique service opportunity. The
entity contains all of the pertinent data fields. My goal is to perform a
mail merge to a Word document that creates the formal Agreement form to be
signed by the customer.
The Quick Campaign button does not appear on the custom entity's toolbar.
Attempting to create a Letter activity simply creates an activity and does
not offer the mail merge functionality.
Any thoughts on how I can use a custom entity as the data source to a mail
merge Word document?
