I've been tring to work out (along with many others from the sales &
marketing department) how to attatch a template to a quick campaign. It would
appear to be a fundamental error in the design if this is not possible as
everyone at our company would use quick campaigns in this way.

Hi KR31, unfortunately Quick Campaign cannot use the E-mail templates from
the web e-mail (the ones stored on the CRM server under
Settings-->templates). If you use Mail Merge option of the quick campaigns,
then the MS Word templates from the client machine can be used to create a
quick campaign.
