Is anyone using the Rapid Selling System made available by MS?

Just curious if it is worth using to get CRM up and running for a small
Integration shop...I know it puts a lot of CRM specific stuff in the
database, but we don't do a lot of CRM work...Is it still good to get a good
foundation started...
