- Re-assign accounts shares with original owner

I realize that this is default behavior. When an object is reassigned it is
automatically shared with the original owner. Any way around this besides
manually reassigning? Workflow? SDK? When we re-assign an account to a new
sales person, I don't really want the original sales person to have access
to the records anymore.
