Jeanette,
Unfortunately, CRM only supports 1 "account" for a contact. There is not
support for multiple accounts like you are trying to accomplish.
I did look at a ISV solution that might fit the bill though. The product is
iParties and the company website is www.salentica.com.

Scenario is a medical insurance provider. We have contacts associated
with a primary account because that is the person who carries the
insurance. In other words we have John Smith as the account with an
assigned account number and we have 3 contacts associated with this
account - John Smith (the policy holder), Jane Smith (his wife), and
Judy Smith (the daughter). The category for the account is Member.
This is all fine.
In addition, we have accounts like Glenshaw Medical Associates with
several physicians (contacts) associated with this account. The
category type for this account is Primary Care Physician. This is also
fine.
However, I now need to assign each of the contacts with their primary
physician. Any suggestions on how to do such a thing? Without being
able to use lookups to associate another account, it is very difficult
or even impossible. I do not think the customer is going to be
interested in looking at this product further if this is not possible.
Any suggestions?
Jeanette
