v1.2 of MS CRM does not have any Campaign Management or Tracking functionality.
They have promised some of these features in v2.0, but what exactly they will
include, we won't know until they announce more specifics on the release.
BTW, to the comment in the original post about MSCRM being able to track email.
This is not true either. It doesn't track the messages, just records that the
message was sent. Then, if the recipient responds, the response will be
automatically routed into MSCRM (provided the GUID is still present).

Hi,
We are also interested in the answer to this question.
I have asked the same questions a couple of time in the Newsgroup but nobody
has been able to give an answer to it.
Perhaps someone form MICROSOFT can step in and help. I have even asked the
question on Microsoft CRM Webcast and there is no reply.
This feature is clearly available according to documentation but no details
on how to implement it.
Please help...............
Regards
Abby
