I have this same issue, but with only one machine, if you have
successfully downloaded once there is a fix, but in my case I have
never downloaded. Again data works fine when online, and when clicking
offline all I get is to the initializing then nothing after that. I
have other clients connecting fine, just this one

i would try resetting their client to make it think it has never gone
offline before. Scan the archive at groups.google.com for outlook registry
and you should find it

I tried resetting the registry setting at
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSCRM/ RCOffline and that did not
help. I have tried reinstalling the SFO software and installing the updates
nothing seems to work . What is the next step?
