Tammi,

I have not used it, but I believe that you can get an ODBC driver for
QuickBooks. If you can get ODBC then you can use a tool such as Scribe
Insight to do the integration.

Tammi,

Yes, it is possible.

1. To write data into Microsoft CRM, use Microsoft CRM API
2. To take data out of Microsoft CRM, use Post Call outs
3. To write data into QuickBooks, use QBFC API
4. To take data out of QuickBooks, use Events (included in QuickBooks 04)

I have successfully integrated Microsoft CRM and QuickBooks with the
direction of dataflow from Microsoft CRM to QuickBooks. I'll be doing
bidirectional integration once we have QuickBooks 04.

Let me know if you need more information.

Prasad,

Are you planning on marketing your solution once it is completed and
polished? I am interested in finding out more about this. The one hurdle I
am running up against is the tax calculations in Microsoft CRM for sales
orders. Would your integration be a solution for this problem?

Thanks,
Shane

Shane,

The integration system between CRM and QB was developed for the internal
company needs so there is no out-of-the-box product available.

You can email me your rquirements on pmodak at biziteks dot com and I can
see if I can give you some pointers.
