It is possible to have more than one PST file. Was he storing mail in the
PST file called "Microsoft CRM"? If so, I believe there is no way to get it
back. However, the information was probably in a separate PST file. Under
"File\Open\Outlook Data file" (or it may say PST file depending on the
Outlook version) go and add back in the PST file he was using for his mail.
