open the report in crystal designer and click on database-verify database (i

click on file log on APS
you will get a logon dialog
the entries should be
Authentication - Enterprise
APS - name of your crm web server
Username - administrator
password - leave blank
this assumes you have not mdified the crystal logons etc

I just found out from MS Support that the reason I can't access the server is due to my version. I am running 1.0 and Crystal 8.5. 2.0 and 9.0 offers cross-domain access.
I need to upgrade.

I am having the same problem: I added a field to the table and now I want to filter the report on it. I installed CR 9.0 and opened the report. When I try to verify database I get the error: Failed to load database information. Details: The database DLL 'crdb_mscrm.dll' could not be loaded
I did the Log into APS Server steps you set out and nothing happened (no error msg, no success msg). I have CR installed on my local machine and opened the report in CR through a share. I just want to verify db so that I can filter on my custom reports. Can anybody please help? Thanks

Please ignore my previous post.
When I try to logon to APS, I get the following error:
Failed to download secEnterprise plug-in setup program.
I have CR installed on my local machine.
How do I resolve this ? Thanks.
