Steve,
Check the jobs in SQL Enterprise Manger. There are a few jobs in there that are
used to initialize the replication snapshots. These are suppossed to
automatically have their schedule removed when they complete. However,
somteimte this steps doesn't work and the job continually takes a new snap shot
every 5 minutes.
The jobs in question will be named with the DB server name starting the name and
will be in the category REPL-Snapshot. Delete the schedules on these jobs to
prevent them from running as often. Then you will need to find out from some
SQL experts how to remove all the extraneous snapshots.

MSCRMDistribution is huge, over 2.5 GB. The MSCRM Database is less than 100

that the log file can grow unless you do transaction log backups, but it is
the actual database file. I have only one Outlook client who doesnt use it
very often, so not sure why it is so large.
_MSCRM.MDF - 41.00 MB
_MSCRMDistribution_data.MDF - 2.55 GB
_MSCRMDistribution_Log.MDF - .5 MB
