Hi Justin
To connect to the Enterprise folders you should use the default
Administrator account that is created at install time
the password for this user is blank upon completion of install and you
should change the password using the CrystalAdmin tool in the tools
directory of your CD.
As for the APS this is the Microsft CRM server name
