If you have a choice; I would suggest Win 2003. The reason i recommend is
there are some optional modules within Biztalk (BTS) 2004 that utilize
Sharepoint (Sharepoint Portal Server 2003 or Free Windows Sharepoint
Services).
I am assuming you are referring to BTS 2004 and not BTS 2002.
