Hey there,


Can't display the status/status reason records in Views
AND hence Reports for Leads/Opportunities. (Column is
present although no records display)

Have checked the database tables and there is
relevant 'Values' in the tables. Is this something
inherent in version 1.0 or have I screwed something up?

Also when converting a lead, if I choose to Disqualify
(for which there are 3 further status options), the list
automatically displays a -1 and I do not see any other
options either.


Can anyone help?

I had this problem within the application with all picklist fields. This
was because I was running 1.0 on an UK stack. When I changed my
configuration to US, most of the picklist fields were available in views
etc.

I don't know if this helps you.

When you refer to the 'UK Stack' -- you mean the Windows
Regional settings yeah?

Have got English Australian so this may be the case!!!!

v1.0 of CRM only supports US English installs. v1.2 will support
internationlization.
