Great suggestion!!! Worked like a charm!!!
For future users I'll add a little more detail:
usersettingsbase is a table in the CRM database. I modified it with SQL
Enterprise Manager. The records in the table are cryptic to the point you
can't figure out who is who. Fortunately I was the only user that had the
record count set to 100 (default is 50) so I was able to deduce which record
was mine. Like Brian suggested I set my record count to 1000. Only other
requirement - it didn't seem to take effect until I restarted Outlook.
