I dont see what that has to do with this newsgroup, but since this sounds
like a basic violation, I would call microsoft if I were you. No point
taking a risk by taking the advice of some stranger on a newsgroup.

the license you have with Microsoft is with your own organization only. You
are not allowed to share the software with any other organization non-profit
or not.
You need to speak to Microsoft regarding the none-profit as I believe
Microsoft do have special programs for none-profits. In the mean time i need
to stresss please do not share any software outside your compasny as this is
a license violation.
