1. In the workflow rule on the update object step which field is selected?
2. Is the field called statuscode?
3. Also which Object is selected from the Object dropdown list?

Please publish customizations for all objects. Once this is complete please
let me know if it finished with errors. If no errors please perform an IIS
reset. Finally restart the workflow manager application. One last thing to
check is if the value is available when you create a new rule for an
opportunity.

i have added a new statuses to the Opportunity which i need to access in a
workflow rule ; one status does not appear in the workflow rule "update
object" step...


it does appear in application...


i have published the opportunity object and done an IIS /restart on the
MSCRM server and also restarted the Workflow service...but still the one
status ("reviewing complaint") does not appear in the workflow manager.
