Mail Merge functionality is only available through the Sales for Outlook
client. When you do that install, it will install a few sample merge
documents for you.

When you say there are no reports, are you saying you've clicked into one of
the categories already and there aren't any?

I have just setup CRM, I am very new to this. I am
looking to find out how to take a word template and add
it to crm. Then I can tag a few records and have the crm
place the information in the template. I am having a
hard time finding out how to do this. Also when I go to
Reports there is none there.

Any help would be appreciated.
