I cannot promote emails, send emails or go offline.

Errors when sending or promoting emails is 'An error has
ocurred. PLease cntact sys admin.

Errors when going offline is 'the network path was not
found. I think i have misse

I can create crm contacts, appointments and tasks through
outlook and i have installed the router but i feel like i
am missing a crucial step.

Any ideas would be great
