Currently in CRM you cannot change the activity views. There have been
numerous requests to Microsoft for a way to do this so we can only hope for
a later release.

Right now of course all the dates etc for activities are being stored, jus
tno way of viewing them. Unless you want to wait for new releases you have a
few options

1 - Write your own!!
2 - Visit www.c360.com who have such an addon already.

Note I am in no way connected with c360 however I have seen their product
and it works well.
