Are you using the CDF? This problem can occur if you have a different number of records in the tables for an entity. For example
cdf_contact: 500 record
cdf_contact_ext: 500 record
cdf_contact_info: 0 record

I am using the CDF but that doesn't seem to be the problem. The record counts are all the same
Any other ideas?
