- Re-Sync Outlook Contacts

I have been using CRM for 2 years. I have just set up a new laptop and
installed CRM Offline client. The SQLExpress sync went fine.
Although, I have all of my contacts, my outlook shows that none of my
contacts are "Tracked in CRM" . Is there a way to delete all of my contacts
and re-sync so they show up as attached to CRM contacts?
