Good news:- When CRM hotfixes, are installed they very usefully log an event
in the Windows Application log- source MBSCRM_Hotfix - with all details your
need. Quality!
Bad News Part 1- In Add Remove Programs, the hotfixes are unnumbered and
unidentifiable! Bad!
Bad News Part 2 - Someone (or time) might clear the system log and you will
lose the all the useful detail that was in "Good News".
More Good News - Anyway, if you try to install a MBS CRM hotfix, it will
detect if it has previously been installed. They are very good like that!
So you have no real problems, even if the audit trail of the Application Log
has been lost. If in doubt, just try to install all of them.
