Mohammed,

I trust you are aware that the MSDN license does not allow to run CRM to
support your businees on a day-to-day basis? It can only be used for
development, test and demonstration purposes. The reason I mention this is
you say your "implementation is stopped".

Hi,

I am Mohammed Mushtaq. I am working with SOMAC IT, MCSP ID
520902.

I am trying to implement MS CRM in our office using the
MSDN Subscriber licenses. Installing is successful done
after some problems, and the system is running well with
few users. But there are few users who cannot access the
MS CRM using there AD accounts though they have Proper
Roles and Licenses in MS CRM. They are getting following
error:

"You do not have sufficient permissions or access rights
to perform this operation."

Please remember system is running well with few other
users. And in Ms Great Plain support site is got following
case:

http://www.greatplains.com/techknowl...knowledge.asp?
id=31167&target=PS

Though this is exactly same problem we are facing, but the
solution is ridiculous. Solution asks us to delete the
Active Directory profile for the user who haves the
problem. How come Microsoft give this solution, if it
problems occurs with 30 users, do we need to delete all
there profile? All these users lose there desktop, my
documents, permission etc. This will be not acceptable
solution.

Is there any work around for this? My implementation is
stopped because of this.

Many Thanks,

Mohammed.

Other than the steps provided, I can't recommend anything as I have not
encountered this particular issue before and don't know what the root cause
is. I do know though that there are often alternatives then the seemingly
drastic approach sometimes outlined in the techbase.
