- Reactivate a sales process
- Posted by WTCSO on December 20th, 2006
Hi all,
the situation is the following :
I deactivate a sales process attached to an opportunty
I close activities as terminated in order to advance to the next stage
the process does not advance to the next stage - that seems normal
I reactivate the process
the process does not advance to the next stage - why not
I jump manually to the next stage on the opportunty form
Activities of the new stage are not created : they are always in pending
status
How can I resolve this issue
Thanks in advance

as soon as you do this the process is no longer automatic. Its the same
thing as using actions change stage to go to a previous stage. At this point
the sales process stops working as well or at least is not automatic.
