Info on customizing forms and adding items to drop down lists, stuff
like that. Basically making it usable for my company. We are extremely
new using this app so CRM for dummies would not insult us.

I can't believe MS released this product without better support
documentation. I am having to live by what is on the 3 MS CRM newsgroups.
The implementation guide and online help just aren't sufficient.

Microsoft has produced better documentation but you only get it by attending
one of their training classes or buying the training guide.
