Records not being delete in CRM 4.0

Records not being delete in CRM 4.0: Posted by Jordahl on May 7th, 2008; We have records in several entities with DeletionStateCode = 2, but none of
these records are actually being deleted. SQL Server agent reports that
MSCRM_CONFIG.SiteWideCleanup (p_CleanupSiteWideNotifications ) and
MSCRM_CONFIG.HardDelete (p_HardDelete) are running regularly without error.

Does anyone have any idea how to start troubleshooting?; Posted by Marion on May 8th, 2008; Do you have an event logged?

No, there is no error in the event log.

From what I can tell, crmdeletionservice.exe was a 3.0 utility, no longer
available in 4.0, so that blog no longer applies.
