- Recreate Queue User and Reassign License
- Posted by Josh Mikow on April 20th, 2005
We had setup a user in our domain (customersupport) to use for incoming emails.
In UG it stated to make sure it was a "disabled" account. For some unknown
reason, another admin deleted that account out of our AD. I have since
recreated it but now our Queue is not working. I tried to delete the user
out of the system and it now states that it cannot find the object in the
Active Directory. I have already checked the AD User Groups and I assigned
the new User account that I created to the appropriate groups.
Any ideas on how I can resolve this issue?
I need to get our Queue working without reinstalling if possible.
Thanks.
