- Recurring Revenue Forecasting

Is there a way to track recurring revenue in CRM? We sell our products with
monthly subscriptions and would like to be able to have them in the product
catalog as well as project out the revenue.

Phil,
CRM is Customer Management, not financial management. You should look into
getting Microsoft Great Plains and using their default CRM connector or
something a little more robust like SCRIBE to integrate the Microsoft CRM
with Great Plains.
Great Plains does the re-curring revenue portion (not sure if we have a
module specifically for that as I mostly work on the CRM part, but it is
currently doing re-curring revenue).
If you have the 2 SQL servers setup as Linked Servers, you can do cross 4
part querys into great plains and put those queries inside CRM Reporting or
use whatever you want to write reports at that point. CRM was never really
designed to be a "billing" system...however; if you just selling sticks and
bricks for a single fixed price it works fine.
