Redeployment, all users function except administrator

Hello,

We just uninstalled/reinstalled CRM to update to a different license.
Everything worked great except the Administrator account.

When you log into crm with Administrator@domain.com it only shows like
Knowledgebase, Reports, and a couple other things. it basically has 0
permissions.

Any clue what would cause this?

Hi,

Did you check off 'Restricted Access mode' in the user settings of the Admin?
