I search the thread for any information of CRM4.0 device CAL but haven't
found any, sorry for duplication.

My customer will set up a call center with Ms CRM, we are planning to use
CRM Device CAl. The question is how do you define user/device CAL in Ms CRM
(using deployment manager) ? So far, I can only found the information of
available license without any notes stating the user/device CAL.

We will be using 20 device cal as start-ups, then just what happened if the
21st device attempt connection ot Ms CRM ? Is it locked or will be rejected
by Ms CRM server ?
