- relating existing records to a new entity
- Posted by Brand on January 1st, 2006
I have created a new entity and want to relate leads to it. If I create a
new lead from the new entity record no problem, but how do I relate existing
leads or leads not created from the entity to it? Any ideas?
Thanks

You could create a manual workflow rule which updates the record and relates
it to this new entity.
Then select the records you want to releate in the webclient and select
Apply Rule.
