Can anyone tell me what the RelationshipIds table is used for and where the
information is used. It's just a table with a single GUID field. It's not
listed in the SDK list of entities.

Look in the left pane of an Account or Contact (details), be sure its
viewable via Admin rights.

Well, I wonder why you ask? - if we knew we could begin to provide a
helpful answer...
(A table is not an entity. The SDK documents web service methods, entities,
filtered views etc, not unsupported physical database implementation
details like tables...)
