Reminders in CRM

Can I set reminders in CRM? If I am replying to an email, I see that I can
set a "Due" date, but there doesn't seem to be any option for setting a
reminder.

There is nothing that "pops-up", if that's what you mean. but the "my home
page" view in the CRM summarizes upcoming and past-due tasks.

Yes,
If you use Sales for Outlook, you will get a reminder pop up!
