- Remote Access

Dear Fouad,
If we have a situation where 4 people are accessing CRM through LAN but 5
are required to access it remotely, would using citrix resolve the matter?

If you have a good VPN you should use that. This way the machine will be in
the same Kerberos "Realm" as the 4 people in house.
I know you did not mention the version you are working on but if it's CRM
4.0, then I have this working with the Outlook client and the web client
through the VPN well.
It's working fine with Office 2003/2007. Yes there can be some problems.
But Citrix licenses are expensive and I'm a CCA so I guess I'm killing my
own business there but that would be the best way if you don't have long
distances or "dirty Lines" for your internet packets to traverse.
