Reopen service activity?

Hello,

Our technicians use service activities to schedule/log work. On occasions
errors are made, with timings or other content. How can a closed activity
reopened so we can amend the incorrect data?

Hi,

I think with MS CRM 4.0 you are able to create a manual workflow rule that
can 'deactivate' the service activity...

Using Workflow, you can create a manual (On-Demand) workflow with a step that
will change the status to Active (or Open). You can then Close the activity
after you have made your changes.
