Replication

We removed replication and now decied we want it back. I went through the
proecedure in Optimizing CRM 1.2 to reinstall replication.

Now when I try to take outlook off line I get

"The specified Domain Logon Name already exists. You must speficify a
unique domain logon name or open the user record that is using this name
already"

Does anyone now how to deal with this?

Thanks,
Donnie

Hey Donnie,

I have seen this in the past and this problem occurred because of a
duplicate entry in the SyncEntry table. When you take an account offline, and
that same account is later shared through the online client, a duplicate
entry is created in the SyncEntry table in preparation for the offline
process. After you implement the Feature Pack updates, this duplicate entry
causes the error to occur.

So you need to let me know if you have the Feature Pack installed or not. If
you have the featurepack installed then there is another hotfix which
resolves this issue it is discussed in this KB: You receive a "The specified
domain logon name already exists" error message when you go offline in the
Microsoft CRM Sales for Outlook client (890599).

let me know if this was helpfull on your end.
