Reply To Email after installing CRM Outlook Client

After installing the CRM Outlook Client, when opening an email and selecting
REPLY, the current windows looses focus. I know this sounds minor but many
of our power users are in the habit of hitting REPLY and typing without even
looking at the screen. It is not until they look up do they realize that the
window no longer has focus thus everything they thought they typed now has to
be retyped.

Has anyone seen this and know of a quick fix?

I have the same problem, and it is VERY annoying.
