- Report error
- Posted by NickD on September 15th, 2006
Hi everyone,
The error when trying to view a report:
An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted)
Cannot create a connection to data source 'CRM'. (rsErrorOpeningConnection)
Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON'.
We have SRS and CRM on separate server, SQL DB also separate server.
In AD, both RS and CRM server are set as follow,
Delegation:
Trust this computer for delegation to specified services only.
RS:
Service Type: MSSQLSVC
Computer: SQL server
Port: 1433
CRM:
Service Type: MSSQLSVC
Computer: SQL server
Port: Blank
are these setting not right or/and am i missing something else?
Should the port in CRM not be blank? if so, how do i fix it?
Any help would greatly be appreciated,
-Nick

Thanks for your reply,
We did setup according to that article. Our setting is like Configuration 4
and path are A and C.
This article only tell us to use http service on CRM server and MSSQLSVC
service for Reporting server. I have read post where people use http and
MSSQLSVC for CRM server and http and MSSQLSVC for Reporting server. What
should I do here?
Also, when i do try to add the MSSQLSVC service for the reporting server, i
was not able to find this service from my SQL server. Do I need to create an
SPN here?
Thanks,
