I have some questions :

1. I have some custom reports, for example report A, B and C. But why there
are some user CRM who can not view the custom reports, although they are CRM
user and they are member of SQLReportingGroup in active directory.
2. Why there're some user that not automatically include of
SQLReportingGroup member, although they are member of active directory &
registered as user in Ms CRM?
